discrimination

Posted by Jose Manuel Araque on November 25, 1998 at 11:51:37:

i recently heard of an apartment that was going to be vacant before it was in the market (classifieds, etc.). i called the management company, and the lady said that i was going to have to wait, for she already had five people on the waiting list. until this day, i have not had a chance to see the apartment, or even apply for the waiting list. the agent barely returns my calls. i have not been given any opportunity to tell the agent about myself. is there some law against discrimination that applies here? i mean, i have not been given one single chance to apply!
