are nothing more than APPOINTED REFEREES & WAANABE JUDGES that are not subject to "JUDICIAL CONDUCT"...It's a MOCKERY & a JOKE watching these "CLOWNS" in "GOWNS" posing as REAL JUDGES deciding the fate of the public at large...We should rename the housing part...The Civil Clowns of Housing Court...
