PLEASE HELP....have rented a condo in NJ for 7 years for a corp; lease was only in corp. name and made all payments to corp.; then the owners of closely held corp. file for eviction using " the Jones TRADING AS xyz corp." to use only as a seasonal vacation home.
did research, even though corp. is a separate entity, judge entirely looked the other way on the NJ Anti-eviction laws. Strongly feel I was wronged. any advice appreciated. can they actually do this?? would like to appeal. PLEASE HELP ME. THANKS, BILL
