It's true that harassment is near impossible to get. But do your homework
on the issue of non-primary residency (or illegal sublet) as it appears
the owner is working up to bringing such a case to you. Detail, for your
own records, your whereabouts. And because you were in FLA on a family
emergency, then get proof of that. Just be prepared. Met COuncil? Nice
people, but a little wussy. But at least they aren't like the crooked
Tenants & Neighbors.
