When you live in a building you should know what kind it is BEFORE you move in. Unless it is Rent Stabilized, DO NOT move in.

Rent Stabilization affords you protections to your rights as a HUMAN BEING. Without those rights, you will be trampled upon by the landlord at their will and fancy. Rent Stabilization was fought for with the sweat and blood of strong tenant leaders, tenants and pro tenant politicians.

However, Rent Stabilization took a direct hit with an ATOMIC BOMB that was dropped on it by the anti-tenant politicians and PATAKI was the pilot, the co pilot and the bombardier on that one. Well I hear he will be running for re-election as Gov. What are you going to do about it ???
There are millions of us and we must vote and tell him and ANY politician
that tramples upon our rights to a safe, clean and secure home !!!

If you are not going to cast your NO vote then please don't have children
because children learn from their parents and we have enough weak, frightened and intimidated people in this world and we need more people with courage to stand up and be counted in order to change this world for a better one. Do not sit back and wait for the "other guy " to do your dirty work because he is thinking the same thing as you and NOTHING gets done and you wake up in the morning and wonder why you can't renew your lease. It's because you didn't vote that ANIMAL out of office for what he and his anti-tenant following did in albany while you were all in church and asking God to help you get a new lease. WAKE UP and make some noise !! Get on the phone and call your politicians and let them know how you feel about tenant rights and let them know that unless they protect them that you are prepared to vote for the other guy !! They like their jobs and will do as you wish if you do it in large numbers. One call won't do it. If you don't have time to call them then let them know how you feel on election day. amen
