My landlord just sent me my new lease with a $175.00 a month increase attached.
She specified on the lease that this is NON-negotiable.
I have checked with the agency that lists and regulates rent stabablized and
rent controlled apartments and have discovered that our building does not
qualify for either.
As an unregulated apartment, what options do I have in negotiating with
my LL? Do I have to accept this increase or move out?
Please Help!
