I have a roommate, we are both on the lease, which is about to expire. I don't want to live with her anymore, she drives me crazy and is late with rent. I don't even like to be in the apartment when she is there? i want to keep the apartment but get a new roommate. She is refusing to leave and wants to resign the lease. How can I get her to leave???
