Can we live out our last month's rent?

What happens if we don't pay her for the last two months and live out the
last month on the security deposit?

I don't trust this landlord.

I think she said it was 2 month's security. I live in Brooklyn, NY

We paid first month rent, last month rent and 1 month security when we first
moved into this apartment. I tell you that you get what you pay for.
This so called inexpensive apartment has caused me more heart ache.
