We normally don't research specific questions in this depth, especially
when the information has been up on the web site for over a year. If you
can't access it, then it's your browser's fault, or your provider, or your
inability to navigate the web.

It's also been reflected in a number of previous messages on this forum,
if you would bother to search. We gather you don't care, which makes
us wonder why should we. So get a new browser or a new lawyer. But when
someone is trying to help you, don't be a nutcase.
