Im form Missouri. My problem is, I have three other roomates and all 4 of us are on the lease. My father also is on the lease because he cosigned for the apartment. One of the roomates is moving out. Is she leagally bound to the lease and will have to pay her portion of the rent for the remaining amount of the lease, even if she does move out?
