If you move out before your lease expires, you could run into problems.
So, if your lease expires in December 98 but your payments (including security) cover you up to June 98, and, you move out in June 98, then you may still owe rent up to December 98 even if you don't live their. It depends on the State. Look into it. Sep 11, 1998.
