CONTACT THE NY STATE ATTY GENERAL OFFICE IN NYC

THEY PUBLISH A TENANT BOOKLET THAT MAKES VERY STRONG STATEMENTS REGARDING SECURITY DEPOSITS AND HOW THE TENANT IS TO GET INTEREST ON THE DEPOSIT " EVERY YEAR " ETC , ETC, ETC.
