DO NOT MOVE OUT BECAUSE THE LANDLORD SAYS SO...
YOU HAVE A LEASE AKA "CONTRACT" THAT IS BOUND BY CONTRACT LAW.....

IF HE WANTS YOU OUT IN 60 DAYS TELL HIM TO RETURN ALL THE MONEY YOU PAID HIM AND LIVE OUT THE 60 DAYS RENT FREE...

IF HE GETS NASTY HE WILL HAVE TO GO TO COURT AND YOU CAN SHOW THE JUDGE THE LEASE.... THE WORST THAT WILL HAPPEN IS THAT THE JUDGE WILL TELL YOU TO MOVE OUT WITHIN 3-6
MONTHS.... IF YOU HAVE KIDS, IT WILL BE MORE LIKE 6 MONTHS TO FIND A PLACE....... JUST DON'T RUN INTO THE STREET BECAUSE THE LANDLORD TOLD YOU TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

PUT YOUR DISPLEASURE TO HIS 60 DAYS NOTICE IN A CERTIFIED LETTER, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED AND EXPLAIN THAT YOU WILL NOT MOVE UNTIL YOU HAVE ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE OR THE LEASE ENDS WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.... GOOD LUCK
