PUT YOUR NEW INTENTIONS IN A CERTIFIED LETTER IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED BY THE FACT THAT YOU SAID THAT YOU WEREN'T GOING TO RENEW!!!

YOU ARE GIVING THE LANDLORD 60 DAYS NOTIC E THAT YOU PLAN TO STAY...THE WORSE THAT WILL HAPPEN IS THAT THE LANDLORD WILL TRY TO EVICT YOU AND WHEN YOU TELL THE JUDGE WHAT HAPPENED YOU WILL GET AT LEAST 6 MONTHS TO FIND A PLACE....

BUT THE LANDLORD WILL PROBABLY GIVE YOU ANOTHER LEASE AT THE RIP OFF 20% INCREASE !!!! TRY TO FIND A RENT STABILIZED APT AND KISS 20% INCREASES GOODBYE!!!!
IN THEORY THE LANDLORD COULD RAISE YOU 20% FOR EACH LEASE... GOOD LUCK.
