: To SANTA -- This is outside NYC and sunject ETPA. Unfortunately no action taken by Jane was to call the management a few days after the lease was signed and the management clerk said: "Oh you could have signed and had your father guarantee lease but now it is too late to put the lease in your name. Notice and Petition for eviction came a few months later. Seems like a set-up. Jane is seeking remedy. Robert Bell


THAT WAS A PURE BLOODED " SET UP" FOR SURE !!!!!
