TALK TO THE SUPER AND TELL HIM THE MESS HE GOT YOU INTO.
THEN SEE WHAT HE DOES FOR YOU. IF NOTHING, THEN ALERT MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTIRE SITUATION !!!!

CONTACT MARK GREEN IN NYC OMBUDSMAN OFFICE

MAKE SURE IF THE SUPER DOES NOTHING THAT YOU ALERT MANAGEMENT VIA CERTIFIED MAIL OF THE " ENTIRE CONVERSATION" YOU HAD WITH SUPER. BUT FIRST GIVE THE
SUPER A CHANCE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM BUT MAKE SURE HE UNDERSTANDS, VERY CLEARLY, THAT IF HE DOES NOT FIX THIS PROBLEM THAT YOU WILL BE FORCED TO ALERT MANAGEMENT.
YOU MUST MOVE FAST ON THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GIVE SUPER " AN OFFER HE CANNOT REFUSE".

GOOD LUCK
