We just moved into a rental house, which the landlord purchased recently.
At the present time, there is no service contract with an oil company.
We are paying for all utilites, but who is responsible for the service?
My parents told me that the landlord should pay for the service, and we should
just be paying for any fill ups of the tank. Please help before we run out
of oil.
