My daughter and two friends moved into a house and signed a lease but didn't get a copy of the lease even though they asked for it. Now the woman who is renting to them wants them to sign a new lease which is different than the first one and they have only lived there for two months and the first lease was for a year. She needs to know what to do about this. How to handle this and if she can still try to stand on the first lease. All of them signed it.
