This is certainly not an official answer, but if your story is good enough, you may want to consider using the media. Such as getting The News, The Newspaper, a local weekly or monthly publication to publicize your story and make the agent who is withholding your money look like a shmuck. The 'illness' angle is going to have to be pretty convincing. Good luck if you choose this method. Aug 25, 1998.
