WHAT IS KNOWN BY "NAILED AND MAILED"...MEANING THAT A COPY IS TO BE MAILED AND ONE PUT ON OR UNDER YOUR DOOR...

THE NON PAYMENT ACTION HAS A DATE FOR YOU TO ANSWER
THE ACTION WITH THE CLERK OF THE COURT...YOU MUST STATE WHY YOU ARE NOT PAYING YOUR RENT........NEEDED REPAIRS,ROACHES,MICE,NOISE, NO HOT WATER,FILTHY BLDG ETC.... THE CLERK WILL THEN GIVE YOU A DATE TO APPEAR IN COURT...YOU "BETTER BE THERE
ON THAT DAY OR ELSE"........ 72 HOUR EVICTION !!!

IF YOU DON'T HAVE PROBLEMS WITH APT THEN YOU MUST PAY YOUR RENT...IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY DUE TO FINANCIAL REASONS...YOU CAN ASK THE JUDGE FOR AN EXTENSION TO PAY THE RENT AND YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT KNOWN AS A "STIPULATION" THAT STATES THAT YOU WILL PAY X AMOUNT ON SUCH AND SUCH A DAY ETC...IF YOU DO NOT PAY..... THE LANDLORD CAN ASK THE JUDGE TO EVICT YOU..
YOU MAY ALSO ASK CITY AGENCIES FOR FINANCIAL HELP...

IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY...CALL THE LAWYER AND OFFER TO PAY HIM...YOU MAY HAVE TO ALSO PAY LEGAL FEES THAT HE TACKED ON THE NON PAYMENT PETITION.....

IF HOWEVER, YOU DID NOT PAY DUE TO BAD CONDITIONS IN YOUR APT OR THE COMMON AREAS OF BLDG THEN PUT IN YOUR ANSWER...HOPEFULLY YOU NOTIFIED LANDLORD OF ALL THE
PROBLEMS VIA CERTIFIED MAIL....
YOU SAY YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE MAIL ???
CONTACT POSTAL INSPECTORS???? MEANTIME GET A PO BOX AT PO OR A MAIL SERVICE...............
