I'm not trying to be a smartass. Call the cops, and keep calling. Be as much of a pest as you can.
The squeeky wheel gets greased. If the girls get busted a few times in rapid succession, they may get the idea
it's time to move on. Also, the arrest reports will give you leverage with the landlord, or in court.
You could probably make a strong argument that by allowing the problem to exist, the landlord is breaching
the warrantee of habitability in the lease.

: For the past 2 years we have lived in our building, we have been very suspicious of the tenants in one of the 2 bedroom apartments, about 6 people live in the tiny apartment, for several months I noticed unfamiliar men buzzing their apartment at all hours, they just leave their door open and the men walk right in. Twice I have seen the police arrest one of the women, but I don't know for why. The same women is often intentionally locked out of the apartment and harasses the rest of the neighbors to get in. Recently, one of my neighbors was solicited by her, she offered him sex in exchange for a place to stay. My roomate was asked by someone at the front door, which apartment was Pleasurable Sensations located in, he immediately knew which apartment to direct him to.
: Bottom line, we think the landlord may be in on it, but are not sure, what is their responsibility in a situation like this?????
