My Landlor recently died, The rental Agrremet was with him
alone. I received a letter from his sister stating that rent
and all correspondence should be sent to her. I have no info
regarding power of attorney or her being the executor of his
estate. If someone could inform me of how to proceed, it
would be apprciated. My landlord was an excellent individual
and I would Like to honor his wishes.
