I have a plethora of problems with my apartment, which range from leakage causing water damage to the huge rodent problem that we have. The super claims that the exterminator comes once a month I've been there since February and have never seen him. The landlord is basically a slum landlord and doesn't handle any of the maintenance. What can I do?
