I've recently discovered seriously crumbling brick and cracks that make me
and my neighbors wonder whether our building would be condemned if it were
inspected. I want to know before I notify the landlord or the city whether
we tenants have any right to be relocated if the building should be con-
demned. Or would we be out on the street?

Any information would be very helpful.
