You should still have RS tenancy rights, but be careful as owners often
try to harass tenants out, or move them for rehabs. You need a signed agreement
so you can return to your unit at the same rent. Depending on which hotel
it is, get to the West Side SRO Law Project (or there are a few others
dealing with SROs) for advice. Also, start organizing your fellow tenants.
