The guy below me has been complaining to the condominium board at my apartment in NJ where I rent, about noise from my apartment. He has been complaining for about a year. I have ignored the complaints because I feel they are ridiculous and there is no excessive noise coming from my apartment.

If the landlord attempts to evict me, do they have to prove excess noise and if I decide to resist, what do I need to do and how long will it take for them to get me out.
