To get an order to show cause... you need cause. You might be able to buy some time,
but it appears they will get you out. You could try an appeal and ask for
a stay, but this appears sufficiently complex you should get some good
legal advice (get a second opinion as well). We're not sure about a commercial
lease but owners would be required to put your belongings in storage (you
would have to pay the storage costs to get them out). Not sure about the cats.
