I got hold of a multiple lisiting, and the called the listing agent to rent
the apartment I found. It turned out to be the daughter of the broker,
and the broker was in fact the owner of the property. Since both broker
and daughter have an interest in the property, are they allowed to charge
me a Broker's fee?
