I live in a house that has been subdivided into three apartments. About 6 months
ago, new tenants moved into the apartment downstairs. Since then, parking has been a major issue. thew were origionally slated for one parking spot (with two cars), but they kept blocking the driveway, so we gave one of our slots to them,
so parking would be acceptable again. lately, they have been parking wherever they want, in the middle of the driveway,
halfway in the driveway, blocking me in etc. I have complained to the landlord, who has spoken
to them several times. The landlord is genuinely concerned, but the parking abuse continues. Is there anything I can do to get
these inconsiderate tenants to park in thier spots, and not as they please?
