30 day notice for no apparent reason

Posted by Kelly on February 22, 1998 at 16:12:36:

I have been living in a rented condo for 4 months now, all my rent
is up to date even though I admit to being late a few times.
My landlord left a 30 day notice on the door and when I called him
he said he didnt have to give me a reason, he just needs me out in 30
days. Can he do this ? And what happens if I cant find a suitable place
before the end of March. The rent is pretty cheap here and I know I
wont find one of equal value. Any advice ?
