I will be going to small claims court the 1st week of FEB and am being
sued for not paying rent, mistakenly I paid in cash and did not get a
receipt. How else can I prove I paid and who does the Judge usually
lean towards if no proof can be offered except my word.
Also would I be better off accepting an arbitrator, I have heard that
some case go to them instead of a judge.
