There's a lot we have online and you can start there. Also try
the "Landlord-Tenant Tan Book" published by Matthew Bender. It has the laws, but we have many of those.
THe "bible" is "Residential Landlord Tenant Law in New York"
by Andrew Scherer, published by Lawyers Cooperative Publishing. There
are also other sources, but these are must-haves. Cases are best gotten
throught the New York Law Journal or Westlaw.
