landlord took me to court for non-payment, came to agreement allowing a time frame in order to move. date came & past agreed on extension, (all time was paid for by me) however their ,lawyer had me sign agreement that I would be out w/belongings by said date & time. If not the landlord has the right to change locks & sell my property. I live in Suffolk co.,NY & am a month to month. Thank-you
