I recently signed a lease to an apartment that is infested with roaches, but I did not realize this until just after we moved in. My cousin and I are very angry and have moved out promptly. I have tried to contact my landlord but he will not talk to me. When I called him, he heard my complaint and hung up on me.
I tried calling him back but he will not answer his phone or call me back. I have tried to get into contact with the local consumer protection agency, but they are too busy to call me back or talk to me. I need adivice on how to get my security deposit,
First months rent back, and breaking the lease. I am in a world of hurt and I need advice. Thank you.
