: Is it still possible to sublet a rent stabilized apartment for two out of
: every four years under the Rent Regulation Reform Act of 1997? Have any of
: the regulations regarding subletting a rent stabilized apartment changed
: since the RRRA replaced the ETPA?

Subletting is controlled by Real Property Law section 226-b and is
not under rent stabilization. The RRRA did not replace the ETPA
which still exists. RPL is on the web site.
