Pleas HELP......
An ex-landlord is taking me to the small claims court in Queens for the 3rd time.
The landloird has failed to turn up for both previous claims even though he is the one taking me to court!! Go figure...
Can he continue to summon me to court even though the same case has been DISMISSED by the judge?
How often can he do this? And what on earthly heavens can I do? What are my rights? And does this nor become a form of harrassment after this time?
My next court date is scheduled for January 27, 1998.......NOT looking forward to this.
Oh and I HAVE showed for all court cases.....Pleas reply back. Thnaking you all in advance for your help!!
