I have had a landlord-tenant dispute about my dogs. I moved in 1/1/97 with my two dogs. Since 11/97 tne management company three times called me to tell "remove your dogs or legal action". Because of the nextdoor neighbor's UNREASONABLE complaints to them. I insist that I am a good tenant and a responsible dog owner. I need to have a neutral third person who work out this problem. Does New York City has any mediation servises? I despelately need a mediator to stop their "harassing" my daily life.
