Our landlord sued us in small claims court last week. We moved out one year ago! He never returned our deposit or had a checklist before or after! He lost his case against us and the judgment states to go to section 313 Public act 348 and 97-c and 647-c......We believe this has to do with the landlord owing us double our security deposit back..How do we get it? Do we have to sue him to get it? Hurry Is there a statute of limitations ?
