She lives upstairs and we rent the down. we Never signed a lease, just paid a security deposit. Her daughter is loud, and she agrees, so I told her on thanksgiving we were looking to move. She said to take a few months. One week later after she asked to show the apartment, she said we were not the only ones who gave notice. I have not paid Dec. rent and will probably be moving prior to the end of the month. Can she take any legal action??
