My apartment complex has less reserve parking space than they have apartments. I had requested for a parking space when I took up the lease. When I enquire about the status of my request, except for stating that I am on the list and I have not been alloted parking, they would not give any other information. I have been asking them to tell me how many folks are ahead of me in the list - but they are often rude and refuse to divulge any information. They would not tell me when I have been put in the list either. I suspect that the records are not properly maintained.
I am new to United States - and would appreciate any advice on how to approach this problem. My wife works late and has to often park the car way away from the apartment and walk - when there are reserved parking spaces right in from our apartment always empty.
