I am considering renting a very nice apartment on Tieman Place.
Is it a good location. It is one block from the 1/9 subway at 125th St.
Almost everyone has told me that it is an iffy area. On Tieman I feel ok,
but I don't know if I would be able to freely roam my neighborhood.Is the
elevated train platform safe at night? As a young woman will I be safe?
The final important question is: Is $1300/month a reasonable price for a
2 bedroom apartment in the areathat is fully renovated? Any advice would
help!
