: Hi:

: Heard the landlord is avoiding renewing leases for rent stablized tenants. I just came from http://tenant.net/DHCR/dhcraddr/rent.html to see if I my apartment was still listed as rent stabilized. Even though building is co-op ONLY rent control apartments are listed. My lease will expire 2/98. Why isn't my rent stabilized apartments listed, and what does this mean when it comes time to get a new lease?

: Thanks for any info.

: nova

Forgot to mention important information. Been a NYC tenant for 15 years (have all my past leases), thereby living in my apartment during co-op conversion.
