Help! I have a leaking heat pipe in my Brooklyn apartment.
My landlord has looked at the problem but has refused to fix it. He ignores
my calls- The problem has been present for the past 2 weeks and gets worse
with each passing day. The ceiling is slowly falling off- making my life
a mess and a hassle- Does anyone any phone numbers or people I can contact
to take action to get this problem fixed? Where do I go to find out
my rights?
