I have a major roach problem in my apartment and my property manager could care less. After complaining incessantly, they are finally now sending an exterminator twice a month to my apartment. Despite this, the problem still exists building-wide. They basically say they're doing everything they can. I've filed complaints with the Housing Department, but I'm still living w/roaches and it's disgusting! As a tenant, do I have any recourse?
