I've been reading the trials (well...) and tribulations of the others on here seeking to
get out of a lease early. That's me, too.

I understand I gotta pay the rent. However, I'm interested in the specific
laws for south Florida in this regard, whether (like most places, from what I can tell)
I just have to pay them for a "reasonable amount of time" until they're able to
re-let the place, or whether I'm totally screwed, or what.

Greedy, rotten sonsabi- well, you get the idea.
