I am in the process of subleasing a room in my house (in Washington, DC) and
have asked my "tenant" to mail me (from Missouri) a check for 1st months rent
and the security deposit to secure the room.
Naturally, she'd be more comfortable if there is a sublease involved in this
process so she knows I'm not some sort of crook. Is there somewhere where
I can find some type of form or basic language to use in this situation.
