Our new landlord is jerking around our good super by showing he is not
anxious to sign his union contract even though we believe this was
stipulated in the sales agreement with old landlord. Thus, he is
trying to bust the super's chops by denying him vacation time even
though he asked for it months in advance, demanding that he move to
a dark, humid, basement apartment with his asthmatic family, which the
prior landlord moved him out of 10 years ago, and other nasty tricks.
We know this is illegal according to the union contract, and the
union is already involved although in meantime poor super is complete-
ly agita. This scummy l.l. also shafts tenants. Any suggestions?
