I live in a private house. I have 2 months security on deposit with the
landlord. I'm going to give notice on 8/15 that I will be out by 9/15.
The owner is a bit of a crazy person and recently has become ill. I have
a feeling they might cause trouble for me. What do I do if they tell me
i have to pay for September's rent? I'm sure they will be mad that they aren't
getting any money since they probably spent my deposit four years ago
when i moved in. Please help. Thanks, I want to know what to expect.
