My parents gave their single-family home to my younger sister and her husband with the written condition that they would have lifetime tenancy there. My sister and her husband and my parents all live there together. My questions are does my sister have the right to decide who gets to visit with my parents, do my parents need permission from my sister to have grandchildren overnight on occasion, can my parents hold dinner parties without my sister's permission? Generally, what rights do my parents and my sister have under this stipulation?
