I would like to suggest PICKETING. It is one of the methods that is working for our tenants in our building. We also have found finding out what other properties they own and picket them constantly. taking turns will help alot. It puts a bad name to the people that are so disrespectful to other human lives. Money is their goal so hurt them in the pocket tha hardest you can, but save the best for last.
